Terms & returns

These terms govern purchases on this website. By placing an order you accept the terms described below. We recommend reading them together with our privacy policy.

1. Who we are

Modificasio, a shop of hand-customized digital Casio watches, available at modificasio.com. For any question you can write to us at [email protected].

2. Products and prices

We sell genuine Casio watches modified by hand (color filters, blackout, prints, special editions) and made-to-order custom watches through our configurator. Prices are shown in euros. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and clearly shown before you confirm payment.

3. Ordering and payment

After adding products to the cart, you enter your shipping details and complete payment. Payment is processed by Stripe through a secure gateway; we never store your card details. Once payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

4. Shipping

We prepare each watch by hand after purchase. The indicative preparation and shipping time is 24-72 business hours (custom watches may take a little longer). Shipping costs and times depend on the destination zone and are shown at checkout. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.

5. Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. Returns are free: we cover the return shipping cost. Write to us at [email protected] to start a return and we will refund the amount paid once we receive the product in its original condition.

Exception — custom products: watches made to your specifications (those designed with the configurator: per-zone color and/or logo) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under art. 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83 (and art. 103.c of Spanish RDL 1/2007), as they are made-to-order goods. This does not affect your right to a remedy if the product arrives defective or non-conforming (see warranty).

6. Warranty and defective products

If your watch arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within a reasonable time from delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Your statutory consumer guarantee rights remain unaffected.

7. Logos and images you upload

By uploading a logo or image in the configurator, you declare that you hold the necessary rights or have authorization to use it. We reserve the right to reject content that infringes third-party rights or is offensive or unlawful. We use the images solely to manufacture your watch.

8. Trademarks

Casio watches are 100% genuine. Modificasio performs the modifications by hand after purchasing the watch; we are not an official distributor and are not affiliated with Casio. “Casio” and the model names are trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or contact us directly to resolve any issue.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one in force at the time of your order.
