These terms govern purchases on this website. By placing an order you accept the terms described below. We recommend reading them together with our privacy policy.
1. Who we are
Modificasio OE (tax ID: pending registration; address: pending registration), a shop of hand-customized digital Casio watches, available at modificasio.com. For any question you can write to us at

2. Products and prices
We sell genuine Casio watches modified by hand (color filters, blackout, prints, special editions) and made-to-order custom watches through our configurator. Prices are shown in euros. Shipping costs depend on the destination; we give them to you on WhatsApp, together with the total amount, before you pay.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed through WhatsApp and paid by bank transfer:
- Tap “Order via WhatsApp” on the product page or in the configurator. A chat with us will open with the watch already filled in.
- We confirm availability, price, shipping costs and the total amount, and ask for the details needed to ship your order.
- We send you the details to make the bank transfer. We do not accept card payments at the moment.
- Your order is confirmed once we receive the transfer; we will confirm it on WhatsApp.
If we do not receive payment within the period we indicate, we may cancel the order and release the reserved watch. We will provide the invoice for your order; if you need it issued to a company, give us its details during the conversation.
4. Shipping
We prepare each watch by hand once payment is received. The indicative preparation and shipping time is 24-72 business hours from payment confirmation (custom watches may take a little longer). We ship with Correos, UPS or InPost, depending on the destination and the option agreed; shipping costs and delivery times are given to you on WhatsApp before payment. When your order ships, we will send you the tracking number.
5. Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. Returns are free: we cover the return shipping cost. Message us on WhatsApp at +34622663484 or write to [email protected] to start a return and, once we receive the product in its original condition, we will refund the amount paid (including the original standard shipping cost) by bank transfer within 14 days at the latest.
Exception — custom products: watches made to your specifications (those designed with the configurator: per-zone color and/or logo) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under art. 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83 (and art. 103.c of Spanish RDL 1/2007), as they are made-to-order goods. This does not affect your right to a remedy if the product arrives defective or non-conforming (see warranty).
6. Warranty and defective products
If your watch arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within a reasonable time from delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Your statutory consumer guarantee rights remain unaffected.
7. Logos and images you upload
By uploading a logo or image in the configurator, you declare that you hold the necessary rights or have authorization to use it. We reserve the right to reject content that infringes third-party rights or is offensive or unlawful. We use the images solely to manufacture your watch.
8. Trademarks
Casio watches are 100% genuine. Modificasio performs the modifications by hand after purchasing the watch; we are not an official distributor and are not affiliated with Casio. “Casio” and the model names are trademarks of their respective owners.
9. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can use the EU online dispute resolution platform (
ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or contact us directly to resolve any issue.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one in force at the time of your order.
